At VZeros Digital, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Because our products are digital downloads, our refund policy is designed to be fair to both our customers and our business.
Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase. By buying from us, you acknowledge that you understand and accept these terms.
Why Digital Products Are Different
Digital products (PDF files) cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense. Once a file has been downloaded, it cannot be revoked. This is why most digital product stores have stricter refund policies than physical goods retailers.
We trust our customers and ask for the same trust in return.
When We Offer Refunds
We may issue a refund in the following situations:
- Duplicate purchase: You accidentally bought the same product twice.
- Technical failure: The file is corrupted, inaccessible, or genuinely defective — and we cannot resolve the issue.
- Wrong product: You were charged for a product you did not intend to buy, and you have not downloaded it.
- Unauthorized charge: You can prove the purchase was fraudulent or unauthorized.
When We Do Not Offer Refunds
We generally cannot offer refunds in these cases:
- Change of mind: You decided you no longer want the product after purchase.
- Downloaded files: You have already accessed or downloaded the files.
- Compatibility issues: Your device or printer does not support PDF files (PDF is a universal standard; please verify compatibility before purchase).
- Color expectations: Printed colors may vary based on your printer, ink, and paper — this is outside our control.
- Gift dissatisfaction: The recipient did not like the gift.
Refund Request Process
- Contact us at hello@vzerosdigital.com within 7 days of your purchase.
- Include your order number and a clear explanation of why you are requesting a refund.
- If applicable, describe the technical issue you are experiencing and any troubleshooting steps you have already tried.
- We will review your request and respond within 3 business days.
- If approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Free Volume I
Our Volume I is available as a free download. Because it is free, it is provided "as is" with no warranty and no refund eligibility.
We offer the free volume so you can evaluate our quality before purchasing paid volumes. We encourage you to try it first.
Chargebacks
We reserve the right to dispute fraudulent chargebacks. If you have an issue, please contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We are reasonable people and will work with you to find a fair solution.
Customers who abuse the chargeback system may be permanently banned from making future purchases.
